Coping with Anxiety and Stress

  Many of us are struggling to deal with anxiety daily and trying to find new ways to cope. This causes many unknown episodes of fear, sweating, shaking, heart palputations and sudden panicking. For those dealing with anxiety daily its important we find ways to cope and benefit from these coping ways to reduce your stress and worries.

    Here is a list of successful ways to help you or someone you know cope with their anxiety.

  • Talk to a therapist or family doctor. This can help your doctor prescribe a medication that’s right for you although their a many natural ways to go when dealing with anxiety.

  • Practice focused, deep breathing.

  • Go for a walk outside and enjoy the nature.

  • Daily exercise is important.

  • Write down your thoughts or try journaling.

  • Engage in meditation or a daily routine.

  • Talk to someone around you.

  • Identify your triggers and learn how to cope through them.

  • Get involved and look into therapy groups .

  • Well balanced meals or you can try supplements.

  • Getting enough sleep.

  • Accept what you cannot control.
