Coping with Anxiety and Stress


  Many of us are struggling to deal with anxiety and stress daily, but everyone is different. We have to learn how to accept these problems and find away to cope with them and overcome them. Once we get some help and one by one, we can start dealing with the problems.

  Here is a list of successful ways to help you or someone you know cope with their anxiety.

  • Talk to a therapist or family doctor. This can help your doctor prescribe a medication that’s right for you although their a many natural ways to go when dealing with anxiety.

  • Practice focused, deep breathing.

  • Go for a walk outside and enjoy the nature.

  • Daily exercise is important.

  • Write down your thoughts or try journaling.

  • Engage in meditation or a daily routine.

  • Talk to someone around you and be honest.

  • Identify your triggers and learn how to cope through them.

  • Get involved and look into therapy groups .

  • Well balanced meals.

  • Get enough sleep.

  • Accept what you cannot control.

  • Find an environment that makes you feel safe.

  • Do not turn to using drugs or alcohol.

  • Try helping someone else.
